These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Gift Cards ("Cards") issued by Seven Renovation, a brand of Seven Real Estate Group LLC, registered and operating in the state of Florida, United States. By redeeming or using a Card, the Cardholder agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Issuance and Ownership

• Cards are issued exclusively by Seven Real Estate Group LLC and are valid only for services provided by Seven Renovation, including residential remodeling, interior renovation, and new home construction.

• Cards are not reloadable or refillable and remain the property of Seven Real Estate Group LLC until redeemed.

2. Eligibility and Redemption

• Cards may be redeemed only by customers with active residential property renovation or construction projects located within the state of Florida.

• The minimum eligible contract value for Gift Card redemption is US$10,000.

• To redeem, recipients must activate the Card via www.sevenrenovation.com/giftcard prior to the expiration date printed on the card.

• Cards are activated only upon submission of the activation form and verification by our customer service team.

• Once activated and associated with a customer profile, the Card becomes non-transferable.

3. Use Restrictions

• Cards may only be applied toward future services and may not be used for past or in-progress projects.

• Only one Card may be applied per project.

• The Card must be used in full on a single project. Partial use, deferred application, or combining balances from multiple Cards is not allowed.

• Cards may not be used to pay for taxes, permits, third-party services, or purchases of materials not sourced or managed by Seven Renovation.

4. Expiration

• The expiration date is clearly printed on each Card. Cards not redeemed and verified by this date will expire and become void.

• Expired Cards will not be extended, refunded, or honored under any circumstances.

5. Non-Monetary Nature

• Cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or other goods or services.

• No interest or other earnings accrue on unused balances.

6. Transfer and Loss

• Cards may be gifted or transferred only prior to activation.

• Once activated and associated with a customer, the Card becomes strictly non-transferable.

• Seven Renovation is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Cards. Replacement is not guaranteed.

7. Verification and Fraud Prevention

• Seven Renovation reserves the right to request identification, property ownership documents, or additional verification at any point during the redemption or project process.

• Cards suspected of being fraudulent, altered, duplicated, sold, or obtained unlawfully will be voided immediately.

• We reserve the right to reject redemption or cancel associated projects if misuse is identified.

• Seven Renovation reserves the sole and absolute right to suspend, deactivate, or void any Gift Card at any time, with or without notice, if any activity is suspected to be fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or inconsistent with the intended purpose of the program.

• Decisions made under this clause are final and not subject to appeal. Seven Renovation is under no obligation to provide justification or prior warning before taking such action.

8. Modifications and Limitations

• Seven Renovation may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available at www.sevenrenovation.com/legal.

• In the event of unforeseen business changes, Seven Renovation reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Gift Card program.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Any disputes arising from the use or redemption of a Card shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be held in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
